My discount code isn't working

Your code isn't working? Here's what to check before reaching out: most issues are quick to solve.

Why your code might not be working


  • Case sensitive - enter the code exactly as written. Type it manually rather than copy-pasting to avoid hidden spaces.
  • Expired - promotional codes are time-limited. Check the email or post where you received it for an expiry date.
  • One use per customer - most codes can only be applied once per account.
  • Combining with BOGO - some codes may work alongside the BOGO promotion, others may not. Contact us at support@emmafy.com before ordering if you want to use both.
  • Minimum order required - some codes only activate above a minimum cart value.

✅ How to apply your code

  1. Add your items to cart
  2. Go to checkout
  3. Find the "Discount code" field
  4. Type your code → click Apply
  5. The discount appears immediately if the code is valid

I already placed my order without the code
