Shipping : what to expect

How long does delivery take?

Shipping runs Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes: Emmafy ships globally, including to Canada, the UK, Australia, and Europe. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination but follow the same 7–15 business day estimate after dispatch.

Where do orders ship from?

Emmafy is a US-based company. Depending on your location and stock availability, orders may ship from our US facility or our international fulfillment centers. Every package goes through the same quality check regardless of origin.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We regularly run free shipping promotions - check the site banner for current offers before you order.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer expedited or express shipping. All orders ship with our standard 7–15 business day service. If you need an item urgently, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately our carrier does not service PO Box addresses. Please use a physical street address when placing your order. If you've already placed an order with a PO Box, contact us immediately at support@emmafy.com so we can update it before it ships.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link once your order is dispatched. Allow 2–3 days after that email for the first tracking update to appear - this is normal and doesn't mean your order is delayed.
