Can I change or modify my order?

Need to change something about your order? Reach out as soon as possible — the earlier you contact us, the more options we have.

What can be changed?

✅ Possible (before shipment only)

  • Color or style of an item
  • Shipping address
  • Adding or removing an item

❌ Not possible

  • Billing address (security reasons)
  • Any change once the order has shipped

How to request a change


Reach out to us right away through the contact form with your order number and what you'd like to change. We'll check with our fulfillment team right away - modifications are possible as long as the order hasn't been physically handed to the carrier yet.

Tip: Include all details in your first message (current item, desired item, or correct address) to avoid back-and-forth and get it sorted faster.

My order has already shipped


Once with the carrier, we can't make changes on our end.

For address issues: once your package reaches your local area, you may be able to contact the carrier directly to request an update. For item changes: wait for delivery, then reach out via the contact form - we'll walk you through your options.
